Linear Glass Scales

Press your finger on the marker close to the edge

of the handle. Then, with your other hand, pull

up on the handle to detach it from the marker.

The handle will break away from the marker.

Carefully remove the blue protective film from the

marker surface.

TIP:

Use fingernails or plastic

tweezers to remove blue

protective film, but do not use

a hard metal object. Using a

hard metal object might

damage the grating on the

glass scale or the marker.

Repeat steps C2.0 and C2.1 for the left and

right limit markers.
